Lot 409 is the district's education campus: schools, kindergartens, a library and an aquatic centre grouped on one municipal lot in Eshkol rather than scattered between blocks. Pangaea Sde Dov, an Israel Canada vehicle, won the Tel Aviv municipality tender in August 2024.

For a family buying into the first Eshkol buildings, the campus timeline matters as much as the apartment's. It sits in the same complex as lots 101 through 111, which is why Eshkol is the part of the district that will feel finished first.
